I've never had a saltwater tank before and I plan on getting a 50-60 gallon tank. What are some good fish I could put in there?

What's the difference? (Sorry, I've only ever had freshwater tanks)

Well, a reef tank is a tank you're going to fill with corals. They tend to have a higher cost due to the necessity of lighting and you have to specifically select fish that wont eat your corals.

A FOWLR is a tank that is going to be nothing but fish and live rock. It will have a lower cost in equipment and you can stock any type of fish in these.

I'd get a FOWLR

Dwarf lionfish, snowflke eel, a puffer, maybe a dwarf angel, or any other fish that will be too big for the lion fish to eat. They will completely demolish any inverts you put in the tank tho. But this is just 1 option of many potential ones.
