Can I add a jaguar cichlid, a jack Dempsey cichlid, an Oscar cichlid, two clown loaches and a couple pictus catfish in a 90 gallon aquarium?

No..... The jaguar will kill everything rxcept maybe the pictus in a tank that small. Jags get up to 20ish" oscars 12-15" jack- 8-12" to much for that small of a tank

My jack is pretty mean, I would be adding the jag and Oscar later. I have a jack and he is about 5 inches the jag would be about 3 inches when I first get him. If I added them all small do you think it would work. The catfish were just a thought

Tank is to small for them. Te jag and oscar will fly by the jack in growth. I suggest at least a 6'x18" tank for those to even maybe co-exist

Have to agree with Oscar here.A JD doesn't compare to a Jag aggression wise. The Jag will likely kill all other fish in a 90 as it will hit 16" maybe a little bigger.

What fish could I put with a jag

A managuense shouldn't even be in a 4' tank. A six foot 125 is the MINIMUM for a jag, possibly a pair, and even then, that's pushing it. Jags are quite aggressive and are very large fish. A 90 may seem big, but when talking about the big Central Americans, it's pretty small.

A 90 would only be suitable for the Oscar OR the JD, not both IMO. You could do the single Oscar with some armored catfish (like Raphael cats), of a pair of JDs with larger dither fish (if needed, like giant danios or buenos aires tetra)

A single red devil would work in a 90, but nothing else with it. It will claim the entire tank as its own

My suggestion would be to find your jack a mate and add some dithers like freakgecko suggested. The pictus could work with the jacks and dithers but you will want to get a group of 3-6 so they don't feel stressed out.
Oscars and jags require LARGE tanks. The jags due to aggression and bioload and the Oscar due to HUGE bioload. Lots of people see these cute little guys at 2-3" and purchase them not realizing that soon they will be over a foot long. Don't underestimate the ferocity of a parachromis manguensis. They can and will wipe out an entire tank in a single night.

Personally, and I know cbourg will agree, I say ditch the JD and go peaceful/semi aggressive South American, specifically geophagus, but it sounds like you want a wet pet more than anything

I would surely agree to that but it does sound like op wants an aggressive tank. A pair of salvini's could work. They got tons of attitude.

You can say that again. My salvini is like the pitbull of the tank. But not very personable. Have had it for 5+ months and still a scaredy cat.

Single red devil
Jack pair
Salvini pair
Grammodes pair
Single female festae

I mean I see a bunch of vids on YouTube and they have multiple decent sizes cichlids living in harmony that are normally aggressive
