Help stocking

Im new to this site and the aquarium hobbie and i would like help stocking my 35 gallon community tank. I was thinking maybe a pair of gold rams, 1 dwarf gourami, 3 fancy tail guppies, and for the clean up crew 3 emerald corys and 2 ghost shrimp. IM open to suggestions though.

I'm not too familiar with the rams - however your stock sounds alright unless there's a problem with the rams I am unaware of. I would personally switch out the emerald Cories for a different kind of Corydoras species because emeralds are from a different family and they grow quite a bit bigger. Perhaps you could get albino, peppered, or panda Cories? Bump up the school to 5 since they are social fish and prefer a nice shoal of themselves.

What is the genders of your guppies? It should be 3 females to 1 male. You have the room so if that is not your gender ratio then I would buy a couple more until it is

That sounds good, just remember that the rams could get nippy when mating. You have room for more fish though. What about this?

3 guppies
5 emerald cories
2+ghost shrimp (you might want to have cherry shrimp instead, they are, obviously, more colorful)
Maybe a small school of small fish, like
6 ember tetras
6 chili rasboras
or other nano fish like that. But that stock depends on 2 things.

1. What are the dimensions of the tank?
2. What filter will you be using?

The dimensions are 30"x 12.5"x 18.5". I have a marineland bio-wheel. I will get panda cories instead and i would prefer all male guppies if that would be possible. And the ember tetras sound nice. So this is the new idea. 1 pair of gold rams, 1 dwarf gourami. 5 panda cories, 3
Cherry shrimp and 6 ember tetras. Sorry no pictures. I will try to get some though

You do not want to add nano fish (Ember tetras or Chili Rasboras) with larger fish like DG, Guppies, or other non-nano fish. Nano fish often are very shy, especially when kept with large fish and will be outcompeted for food. If you want nano fish then you can think about setting up a nano fish only tank. I run a 55g planted stocked with only nano fish. I keep Chili Rasboras, Clown Killifish, Scarlet Badis, Burmese Rosey Loaches, and Aspidoras (in the cory family). The tank is very active.

Oh...

Didn't you say that your chili rasboras aren't shy though?

Yes because they are in with "all" nano fish the same general size of them. Nano fish don't mix well at all in regular community with much larger fish.

So it would be this stock with one angelfish and no tetras? I believe it could work
Watch out with the angel and shrimp - they might become dinner. I'd suggest trying a small angelfish (quarter sized) with large shrimp to avoid possible snacking issues

EDIT: angelfish are known to be fin nippers but if you get yours young you probably won't have a problem with guppies. I've housed my angels with guppies and have never had problems.
You have room for more fish so if you want to get a few guppies I would give you the okay to do so

An angelfish would work. If you get a small dime to nickel sized body one and raise it with neons they will usually be fine with small fish as they get older. Angelfish in the wild and Altum's would use neons as a food source but you aren't going to have to worry about that. I keep 12 adult angels with all small fish and actually added 25- half inch cardinals with the adults without issue. I can say tho that as angels mature the will snack on shrimp when they can catch them. Mine did fine with shrimp until the got larger and then shrimp was on the dinner menu.
