I would wait for the rock because it's better to put your rocks in before the sand so they're more stable.

I like the first setup, can it be stable though? If you can make sure it stays in place I like that one. lol

Thats an interesting way of looking at things, but alas not the best way. lol
Anemones do better in an established tank. Usually by the 6 month mark you have the hang of things and the tank has settled in, making it much easier t5o keep a nem.
Also, what lights are you going to be using? nems need pristine water and ample light.
Yes, everything is fine, checked everything out and nothing damaged thankfully.
Now need opinions lol....Which once looks best.
