Okay, first turn up the temperature 1-2 degre-- wait you use celsius.. Just turn it up a tad then and check every fish in the tank for any white spots like Ich. If it is Ich you should put a bit more brackish salt in as well, and get Ich cure from any pet store. If it isn't ich and there aren't any white spots... Let's cross that bridge when/if we get there.

It's already at 26 for the other treatment. Should I turn it higher?? I don't see ich on any of them, no unusual things either.

Also, is she acting any different than she has been?

Yes, she stopped shaking and is only at the top right of the tank. I fed her a bit and she's eating. She also had these very very light blue things on her cheeks while she was pregnant and now they're gone.

Dont turn it up more then, and are her eyes bulgy? Has she been eating? Where has she been spending most of her time? Also, check for fry!!! If they are in there somehow you need to remove them now or else they might get sick too. If there are any other fish that look sick, take them and that molly and move them to a different container. If the majority of the fish look odd, then take the healthy looking ones into another container.

Her eyes look the same. She's eating normally I just fed her a bit. I can't find any fry, anywhere! None of the fish look sick except for the molly. I don't have another tank I have a big bowl and a large bowl from a long, long time ago that I can use. Should I put her in there? There's no filter or heat?!?!

She's finally moving around and it's not rapid but she keeps going back to that spot. I hope she didn't give birth but I've been gone since 1. What do I do?!?!?!?!??

Namirah?Canadian, Eh??

PUT HER IN THE BOWL!!!
She has Piscine Tuberculosis... Move her quick and BE CAREFUL! If you have ANY open wounds, do NOT put your hands in the water. If you can find rubber gloves, wear them. If not, just move her, and wash your hands and any parts of your arms that came in contact with water, and do it very thoroughly.

What is that? What can I do? She's in the bowl now. I washed my hands.

The only cure that's available is very expensive. I'd do a water change in the tank, and wash your hands after that too.

Oh no. So, was she even pregnant in the first place? I don't know when to do the water change. I'm already treating the fish for bacteria. Is the disease caused by bacteria? How did it happen? How do you know she has piscine tuberculosis?

Yes, she still might be pregnant too. Most of the time there wont even be that little bit on the bottom of her stomach. It is Bacterial so the Brackish salt will help kill it off. I know it's this because she is still eating, and her stomach has caved in like that, plus the fact that her spine looks altered. Don't lose hope, she might survive. Is it likely? I wouldn't go that far... the odds are against her but fish have survived it in the past.

Make sure when you're dealing with this that you wash your hands and dont have the open wounds like I told you. This disease can infect humans if you aren't careful. If any other fish show these symptoms you need to move them too. But still, don't worry. If nobody else looks sick then they're probably fine, and the only way it can hurt you is if you basically drink the tank water or put an open cut in the tank.

I'm just hoping she'll be okay. I've lost so many fish before, I really don't want to lose the rest because of this. The other fish aren't showing any other signs, I looked it up online and it says what I should look for. I'm just SO disappointed and sad that I'm letting these poor living things die under my roof. I have the sudden urge to drink the aquarium water now tooXD

XD Its fine, if you saw how defensive I am of my fish and then heard how many of mine have died, you'd be surprised. It happens to even the most caring people.

Change 50% of her water every 3-4 days. If she gives birth I would put the fry in another container if you have one. If not, put them in the general aquarium. At birth they wont be infected but that could change. As soon as you notice fry, moving them is the best choice.

I see. I'm not sure how to get them out though, the bowl I put her in was the small one because the big one hasn't been cleaned. I used to use that one as a quarantine tank and the one Dory's in as a travelling one:( I hope I can put the fry in the aquarium until I have the big one clean, well, if she even gives birth to them. She seems very stressed in there:( I wish I had a quarantine.
