It's just about everyone in the hobby with a significant other that isn't so keen on the hobby lol. I at least only had to do it in the beginning after that the fish paid for themselves, but now I have nobody to object so it is only a matter of time until I have the operation in full swing again.

this post cracks me up lol. The Rams are awesome by the way. thinking hard about trying some myself. I too have to please the wife when I go buy fish so I outsmarted myself. I took her with me and got her to point out the ones she liked, so not only do i end up buying hers but get mine too so now I spend twice as much smh lol

It's turned into a bit of Spouse bashing hasn't it haha. I'm sitting in front of my tank and it's starting to annoy me I Can imagine how I want it but none of the fish behave to their description lmao. Seriously though if he knew how much I spent yesterday id be singing for dinner haha

lmao, no doubt. and yep, everytime the fish don't behave the way there supposed to and you look up why there not, the answer is ALWAYS because you need to add more to the school lol. So who am I to argue with sound advice lol.

I guess the real question is how well do you sing lol

Bought 6 Congo tetras after much deliberation wanted some nice schooling fish ... They don't school !!! Got a couple that hang with the mollies and a couple that hang with the plattys and then the rest do as they please. My gbr don't even hang about together. Silly fishes need a lesson on how to fish right !

Not happy one of my rams died today all water is fine had them 2 days !! It looks "normal" nothing untoward on outside so I don't have a clue what's happened !!

Yeah, rams can be tough when it comes to water parameters, and electric blues will typically be even more sensitive from being line bred and inbred to create the morph unfortunately. Sorry to hear that

Wish it had lasted more than 48 hours though! Had a right royal hissy fit and threatened to shut my tank down ! The other one however has came out it's shell and is happily swimming around. Hopefully it decides to stay around for longer !! Thanks for the kind words
