    Purple Mushrooms taking over! Help

Kidkameleon3 Why did you send me an email auto reply calling me an A-hole? I was just adding to the discussion about what a boom this person has with those mushrooms. Ironic how sometimes we get in abundance what we don't need but others want. I will be reporting you for your profanity...

    Frogfish?

Some keep frogfish in reef systems of course no shrimp or it's time for some cocktail sauce. I think hermits would be fine with some live rock. I have heard that feeding them guppies ghost shrimp and even mollies is best using a small net and moving the net towards the frogfish. You...

    Removing Live Rock

Man that is a lot of work for $8.00 bucks worth of fish. I feel the pain. Has anyone invented a mini fishing pole with a size 36 hook? Just make sure the hook is barbless and in two minutes there out, less stress on you and the fish. jk

Dragonet (Mandarin) doesn't like it when lights go out !!

I agree with the moonlights...Heck even a cheap night light nearby will keep a little illumination in the room. My fish go to bed around 9:30 pm...they slip off one by one..The damsels then the blenny, wrasse, dottyback and the last one is the huma and lemonpeel....My attinic stays on last and...

    Live rock question!!

When you get lr from anywhere but directly from the ocean to your tank there will be die off and the curing process needs to be done and it takes time. You can't rush it or you will spend more time and money trying to remedy what could have been prevented..... Use a large clean rubbermaid...

    bicolor blenny

Awesome fish. I dig mine and do feed him some fish veggies, eats anything and everything. The little guy will grow thick and bigger in no time. Mine is not shy at all and will come up to the front and watch me. It is really cool to watch it swim side by side with my Neon Dotty back, they are...

    Medusa

Also known as snake locks..hence medusa coral. They do require feeding, small brine shrimp, plankton-type food. The best location is anchored in the substrate with good water current. Some of them will pull themselves into their bases at night almost like an anemone. All this according to...

    star ??

I have an Orange Linkia it's pretty cool but my new fave is the Fromia I bought for $9.99 at Petco....It does tend to eat some of my corraline. My tank is all pink and purple so the small clean spots really pop where it ate. But I dig the Fromia. Much bigger than the Linkia, each arm is about 1...
