    I've had the sword, wisteria, a few crypt balansae, and some other crypt for a year. It's only been 3 weeks with pressurized Co2, and I recently bought more plants, that so far seem to be doing good. Thanks for the kind words :)

    Well my tank is 55g. According to the spec sheet, it has a total of 108 w. I measured from the light to the substrate and its 21 inches. Here is a pic of my tank

    Hi, Can someone please tell me what kind of light this would be considered to be, as in low,medium etc. http://www.aquaticlife.com/sites/default/files/specsheets/420145.pdf There are two bulbs, one is a roseate 54w 650nm. The other, a white 54 w 6000 k.

    I'm going to be setting up my pressurized Co2 soon, and I'm going to get a drop checker. The ones I've seen on Ebay seem to only come with the 4 dkh liquid and not the Bromothymol Blue. Where can I buy some of this ph reagent?

    so what does carbon in a filter do exactly? what does it filter?
