Today I checked on my discus pairs as I changed the water. The cube continues to be working well for them. They lay eggs about every week now. Previously the babies had strayed too far and not been taken care of properly in the bigger tanks. Interestingly also they are acting more as a community...

GouramiCichlid is right though. Small tanks will stunt the fish and discus are bad for that. ???

So I have had a fence over new eggs for a couple of days. The disadvantage is that the parents can't pick out unfertilized eggs. But some should hatch. Any ideas after that? Leave male in or out? Sent from my iPhone using Aquarium Advice

So annoying. I have separated the two couples into their own smaller glass bottom tanks. While they are still laying eggs every week, they eat them before they wriggle. I wonder why. I will give them two more weeks in there then I'm going to give up again and just out them back with the others...
