I have a very similar problem. I got 130 for my 29 gal.

I've seen some of these Co2 systems. A lot of them involve air pump(s), powerheads, ect.). Has anyone made a successful Co2 system? If so, what do you need to make one? How did you set it up? My amazon tank is coming along very nicely, but the plants lack Co2. Please help me out.

I put a rock on it. It won't move and the rock won't crush it. I just hope it sinks on it's own after a while. I'll try the slate. Thanks for the suggestions.

I got that same problem w/ my ancharis. I ordered a 2x 65watt fixture and its coming on Friday, March 11. I hope they don't fall apart by then.

What kind of lighting do you have? This is a very importand factor with these plants. I had that same problem w/ my anacharis until I got better lighting. Get a few supplements as well. Add them after a water change(This will affect the fish less). Flourish and Flourish Excel are good ones...
