i'd like to try it with just fish first.

what would i need for a sw tank? i already have a freshwater tank established but now i feel i wanna get into salt water. so i wanna find out how much equip would be for a 36g tank

i recently picked up a pair of angel fish. i can't tell if i have a male or a female. but if i have both i'll attempt to breed em.

i tested all 3 of my tanks and they all are sky high!! what should i do, i know its the tap water because i tested that and that just as high as any of the tanks.

Idk how my nitrates are getting so high. i did a test today and from yellow to red (red being the highest) it showed up as red. I've done 4 20% water changes in the past 5 days. my fish aren't really eating that much. is it because of my DIY co2 system or what? i can't figure it out.

Okay, My new tank should be here thursday. i'll be needing to figure out what kind of fish and everything i want. The tank is a 36 gal bowfront. I have a few cichlids now in a dif. tank. I might add a bunch of cichlids into the new tank eventually. do cichlids do okay with plants? I NEED YOU'RE...

yep i plan 55+ within a year or so if that too long or not.

i'll have my 36 gal soon! i'll be keeping my 10- gal as a fry tank after that but what else should i have to go with my 2 jewels and 2 dempsys?

36 gal bowfront with nice heavy black wood stand. it comes in next week and then i'll be buying a nice bio wheel filter! currently i have 2 jewels with alot of fry in a 10 gal separated and on the otherside i have 2 small dempsys. moving the dempsys to the big tank while the jewels take care...

yay i didnt know they laid more eggs but i loooked today and i have fry! and the momma jewel was sucking in the fry wandering off and spitting back with the others, its soo cute. my first fry!

she ate them sometime today while i was at school:( hopefully they will lay again!
