If you want tank mates, get something larger than a 75g. Look into a 5-6 foot tank.

Buy some dithers like giant danios, You will want at least a school of 5. You tank is not cycled, I suggest you read up on how to cycle a fish tank prior to buying the danios.

30g-40g tank with a Cichlasoma grammodes aka mini-dovii. It is a slow grower, maybe an 1" a year.

Still no need to feed them chicken. Fish fillet is better for their health in the long run.

You don't need to fish your oscar beefheart. Why do you think they need beefheart? They will love other food like worms and crickets.

No SA cichlid for the 10g. Get at least a 30g tank, and you can have a pair of dwarf cichlids. You should not buy feeder fish from the fish store. They carry diseases and parasites that will infect your fish.

Unless you have a breeding pair of rosy red for the last number of months, I wouldn't feed your oscar feeder fish. You can get the same results from feeding earthworms, crickets, mealworms, without having to worry about parasites or diseases from store bought fish.
