    Fish on a diet?

This seems silly for me just to ask, but my glofish is has a considerably large stomach. I have another glofish and the overweight one is atleast 25% bigger. I believe this fish are sterile so being pregnant is out. I tried quarantining the fish to better control how much it can eat to no...

    DIY Co2

From what I read, it seems as long as you can keep the co2 flow to a consistent rate it should be safe. The only issue would probably be a Ph crash from too much co2 into a tank.

Im not sure what to do...

It means the diameter of the bulb is 5/8. HO means high output. I believe this translates to more lumens compared to a normal output. This means more light. Anubias will grow in low light. Try plantgeek.net and look in their low light section.

Strips are known to be much less accurate. A good API test kit would suit your needs well.

Im not sure what to do...

19W should be fine for low light plants. Depending on what you're trying to grow, I would buy a double strip fixture; let's you grow more. And yes, look into T5HO lighting.

    Growing plants above water?

I was wondering if putting plants such as anubias in a pot with organic soil and sticking it on a window sill would allow it grow? My other concern would be if the rhizome could be placed under the dirt. Thanks!

    Lighting question

Use this chart :) I did not create this, I found it here but just saved it for quick reference. Also, try to avoid the WPG "rule" when using HO's; it's not very accurate.

    Stand to small for aquarium!

I don't think you can add silicone on existing silicone since it won't stick. Pictures might be a helpful addition p this thread though.
