I know this is a dumb and repeated queston, but I remember hearing that garlic is good for a fishes immune system, is that right?. If that's the case is it okay to soak their food in it every day?

Well, they are both pretty much the same size...the one digging the is slightly bigger, but not much. I hope they are a mating pair, this would be exciting for me seeing as though this is my very first tank and it's only been running for almost 6 months. But this is also a disadvantage too I'm...

Really! Because he, or she,(do you know what sex this one would be?) really picks on the other clown. The other fish don't have a problem with the clown. Is that normal behavior for a mating pair? I thought they were supposed to be freindly to eachother?

My clarkii clown has been acting kinda wierd lately... it's been digging in the sand(with its tail) right under the anenome. it's never done this before, is it possibly some pairing behavior?

Yeah, maybe that's it. It's good for me because I get kinda worried when the blood shrimp doesn't eat for days...then again, I've had him the longest out of anything in my tank...

The first one I went to when I first started the hobby was great. very informative and reliable, but the guys who worked there were sexually harassing me, so of course, I went somewhere else... 8O

Well, I have a pretty interesting thing going on in my tank. I got a clarkii clown about a month and a half ago and always wanted a pair, so I got another about a month ago. The first clown I got is hosting a condy anenome that is plenty big enough for two clowns, but he insisted on not...

So do all fish need a veggi now and then? What are the best ones to use?

Thanks to all of you for your input and great advice...I just put them in the QT...I did see the other fish start to pick on them...I'll see what happens from there, hopefully they will be okay. :roll:

Well, they ate the second I put them in the tank..which was a great sign for me, because usualy they don't eat for a couple of days like you said. They haven't eaten for about 4 or 5 days...
