I just saw this thin little centipede looking worm sticking out of my lr. It was a light brown color on 1/3 of it's body and the rest of the 2/3 was dark. Any ideas? He's gone now, so no pic :(

My tank is 1 mo old - sill getting diatoms on the glass and sand. I tested the water after this weekend's pwc and have 0's across the board including po4, no3. I also went to Reef Salt from IO. Not sure what else to do, just wait?

ID this pet: it's very small, almost microscopic, but when you watch it long enough you'll notice that it is crawling along your lr. I would put a pic up, but doubt that it would be visible - anyone have a similar experience?

I've got nice algae growing and my amonia/nitrate levels are at 0. Also the glass and sand on the tank has a nice film of green algae. Should I put in a cleaner crew and should I clean the glass along w/ a pwc? The nitrates are right at 25.

It's a new tank with no life forms. I'm trying to get the SG to 1.023. The salt is a brick and difficult to measure. If I break off a piece and add it to the tank, how long till I can get an accurate measurement?
