overnight our smallest female laid eggs with our smallest male who is a first time dad ... wanting a bit of advice ... he has been fanning the eggs however he keeps coming out of the cave for a bit swimming around tank but he does keep going back in the cave for few mins then coming back out ...

so we got new plants about month ago and have become what we would say over run with pest snails in our breeding pleco tank what can we use to get rid of them that wont hurt pleco eggs .... have read assassin snails will eat pleco eggs hence asking how else to get rid of the snails

so someone said that they use blue velvet shrimp to clean off fungused pleco eggs that have been kicked ... we are having trouble finding some are there any other shrimp that we could use to clean our eggs of fungus

so we woke this morning to clumps of eggs around the tank so it seems that the male kicked the eggs just hoping how we set up the kicked eggs is enough .... we took out the caves he chose (he chose 5 caves) to hopefully prevent it happening again just incase they were too small so gave a bigger...
