Hello all, I recently posted about my very cloudy water and how to clear it. I'm using 2 foam inserts in the filter and removed the Ammo-Carb chips. I was wondering if I should rinse the filters out at all? Or maybe just the one getting most of the junk. I've kicked up the gravel a few times...

One more question...how much of a water change should I do each day? I have a 1 gallon (well, slightly bigger) that I use for this. Is one enough or should I be changing more?
