Being its friday and such the day relax.. i find myself with a beverage planing my next purchace... looking at all the rock trying to find something new and after years still do occasionally. Whatever happen to making plans with friends and family? Darn you aquarium!

Is it me or do these guys have it all wrong? Yes i do agree they make great loooking tanks but how can they add all those fish in a short period if time in no live rock... i havnt cared to watch many episodes but the ones i have seem like the tank wouldn't last longer then a few months.

I bought this rock some time ago i thought it was just a mushroom but ive noticed its clear now except for its spots which resembles small flowers.. its become 3 times the size so its obviously getting what ever it needs just looking for a positive id. Just heads up were talking center of picture.

I recently purchased a bh-100f protein skimmer and have a few questions. The pump chamber the water doesn't completely cover the pumps casing there is about s quarter inch of it sticking above it, though the max water line is way above it.. is there anyway to adjust it for thickness of skim? So...

I've noticed ich on my very small blue tang.. he looks healthy otherwise purchased him about a month or so ago for fathers day gift spots seem to come in go only maybe 4 or 5 spots.. was thinking just sand since everyfish I've seen on net with ich are covered.. I set up a qt for him. However...

Thought id add the tapwater just to stir debate.

I have never bought base rock.. 100 pounds later ..im thinking about adding another 25 pounds to my new addition which currenlty hadls 40 pounds of live rock... any thing i should look for...stay away from.. anything i should do before putting it in?

So taking the familiy to the outer banks next month was thinking about taking some sand and rock.. i know id have to cure the rock but what's the easiest way.. or am i looking to far onto things .. its a 12 hour drive from the beach. Any ideas? _:):banghead:

No clue just noticed it in my new build looks like slug to me but the way it moves like ray is weird. Its side ripple as it moves kinda hovers wont come out of the rock except for a few seconds at time. Can't post pic using phone on website...wish the app was running .. its about half dollar...
