    I had the same exact problem with my Giant danios. Two methods worked for me: - Hold the net with the opening facing upwards and snap up the net as the fish swim over it. - Use 2 nets and chase the fish with one and catch with the other. Bottom line is that it is all luck :) Rob

    stock question

    In my past experience it is not good to put any plecos in a young tank simply because there will be nothing for them to eat. You can feed them allege wafers but it is best to do it when the lights are off. A small school of tetras would probably make good tank mates.
