Hello, I have a 110g tall that will be setup very soon, to fill the top part of the tank I like Chromis (In a school), FireFish, Banghaii Cardinals, ultimately I would choose a school of chromis, their hardy, passive and look great when swimming in a school of 6 or more!! Cunch

My recommendation would be to do some research on this site and other various sites before you jump into the hobby, a 30 gallon is quite small for both a trigger fish and a lionfish. Before you jump into this great hobby and waste a lot of time and money on a tank that could be unsuccesful...

I put that sentence in regards to the 1200gph wrong, 1200gph was my total flow rate through out the tank. I am under the misconception that 1200gph flowing throughout the tank would also be the same amount of flow going through the sump/fuge. Cunch

My southdown sand was frozen solid from Chicago, I simply placed it on a old blanket and cardboard and it thawed out in my living room within 12 hours or so.
