Hey everyone, i'm just totally buming. i just lost one of my oscars. I have been battling HTH for about 5 weeks now and my tiger finally gave in last night. i woke up and he was laying at the bottom. i'm so upset right now because i don't know what to do. my other oscar is still infected...

My two oscars look like they are begining to develop hole in the head disease. what can i do to cure it. i have tried a cooper based medication from an lfs which hasn't even slowed the symptoms down.

i would use your 55 for a sump if you have the room and to answer your question about keeping it from flooding i usually plan it so that there is an exact amount of water in the tank so it doesn't flow over

i just found my apartment this weekend and it is going to be in arlington hieghts right off of 53. so yeah i'll be moving in on wed. may 12th so i'll have to do some driving around to find a nice place or just to find my way around. :) you know i'm from a small town so it will be a BIG change...
