    How do you edit topics?

Weird...I see an edit button for this topic, but not for my old topic. Does it only let you edit for a certain timeframe after making a post?

    another Forum Newbie

Welcome to AA! It'd probably be a good idea to make a new thread in the "Freshwater & Brackish - General Discussion" forum with your specific questions.

    How do you edit topics?

I wanted to edit one of my topics because it's a little confusing with the current wording. Can I edit it? If so, how? I don't see a button.

    New threads

I don't know if this is possible, but I'd like it if there were a "new threads" feature rather than new posts. In my opinion, I think it would make more sense to show new threads rather than new posts. I'm not sure if vbulletin supports that as an option.

How does this sound? (15 gallon setup)

Yep, I believe dwarf puffers are completely freshwater fish. A dwarf puffer tank would be pretty cool. They're very interesting fish. :)

    Freshwater Liverock

I thought about this for awhile. The whole point of putting alot of rock in a freshwater tank would be to culture not only aerobic bacteria, but also anaerobic bacteria to convert nitrate into nitrogenous gas. Nitrates aren't really a big concern for freshwater tanks though. It's so easy to do...

Adding fish to an existing tank

That might work, but even female bettas are prone to other fish nipping their fins.

    arghh. ..massive ich investation [really4 important .T _ T.]

Too much salt can be lethal to loaches. The heat method will work. You just have to give it time.

Adding fish to an existing tank

All of the fish you have are schooling fish and like to be in groups of 5-6 or more. There really aren't many larger fish that will work in a 10 gal. I'd suggest a betta, but bleeding heart tetras can be nippy with long finned fishes like bettas.
