Well i'm pouring in around a gallon of water at a time, should i be siphoning it into the tank? And it comes out of my bath tub faucet so it'd have a lot of bubbles in it from that as well...

Probably my light then. Hopefully when it gets a little closer to the light it'll start to fill out. Also, is there any plants that i can tie to plastic? I've heard Java Ferns are good low light plants that can be tied on to things. Will they work for me?

My Wisteria doesn't seem to be that bushy though, does it fill out as it becomes more established? So if i get a bunch of wisteria can it be kept short if i trim it? Or will it die?

squishy? not really. The white roots are firm and feel lie they are alive, while the black tips just bend and have no strength. 2 days in the tank, the black tips are still there, no worse. The plants kinda started to brown but only on a few leaves on a few of the plants. If they haven't died...

I am just looking at stocking my 36 gal to :) I also looked at clown loaches but they do get to be a little less then a foot long. I think they are recommended more for the 100gal range. I'm sure some other very helpful people can help you out with the other fish. As well as give their 2 cents...

36 gallon. I'm not sure what kind it is, where do they usually print that? It is what ever Aqueon puts in their kits. Oh and it hasn't got any worse. And still no browning. But it isn't turning white either.

Just the stock lighting, a 8000k daylight spectrum. I was told that'd be enough for wisteria. And the leaves are perfectly fine. No browning at all. So far at least.

Well I bought my first plant yesterday, a few small pieces of Wisteria. I cleaned off the few brown leaves, and made sure the roots were clean then I put them into my gravel. The roots were a nice white. Now at the joints(not sure what to call them) of the stems, where there were white roots...

Okay so I'd probably be okay with a dwarf? I keep seeing mixed info on them. I see them listed as great community fish, but everyone says they are aggressive. I think if I just watch for aggression like everyone has said and keep a single male I can keep one? I guess I can always take him back...
