just add salt and watch your levels if they are fine overnight id go ahead and add the water

you should just carefully pull it off and burn it. it probobly is toxic. how long has it been there

tetras and neons go with eachother any tetra or neon will mix nicely

not if youre caught just take a boat a get it like 20 lbs at a time but still. if you do get it wrap it in wet newspaper and a wet bag but dont flood the bag with water
