I've read and heard people say that overstocking is a way to combat aggression. What I'm wondering is, has anyone here used that practice and done it succesfully? Secondly, what is a good overstock number for a 56 gallon?
I have labs with some tiger barbs. They pretty much stay to themselves. Every once in a while my one yellow lab will give a little chase when a barb gets too close but I've had no deaths. It's a gamble but sometimes it works
I have a 29 gallon myself. In there I have a opaline gourami, 3 tiger barbs, 3 zebra danios a red jewel and a yellow lab. They've all been together for just about a year now and I've had no problems. The lab will chase the jewel around from time to time but for the most part leaves the other...
