here is a better photo. I cant tell if there is puss coming out or if it is some type of parasite. The growth is a little bigger then the standard marble.

Your water levels aren't bad but maybe daily 50% pwc are needed. Maybe confirm with a lfs or other water test kit to make sure your test are accurate. Sorry for your losses.
You are on the right track as far as salt temp and time. Just make sure before you add any fish you are positive you have taken care of this ich problem. Keep doing water changes every day with a good gravel/sand vac each time. I would do this at least for another week. Also test water everyday...
