Well I can say everyone loves nls , I have just given my 5 week old Molly and 6/5/4 week old guppy fry their first taste of nls optimum fresh h20 flakes and they devoured the lot, my big babies in my 55g love it too, worth every penny :) I just wish I could get it here as the shipping cost me...
