What kind of mushroom is this?

I have a AquaC Remora Pro and love it. I also have the surface preskimmer for sale if you are interested.

I picked up 45lbs of it.... Its not the greatest stuff but you get what you pay for. I would say its probably worth the $.

How long does phosBan last and when should I change it out. I know this is sort of a vague question because it depends on the tank. But a rough estimate would be nice. Also is there a way to tell from the media?

Who has a phosban reactor by two little fishies? How do you set it up? I got a small container of phosban but can I just pour it in?

I have two yellow tail damsels with my coral beauty. The get along fine sofar. I think having plenty of hinding places (caves) is key.

LOL... One of mine was doing the same thing the other day. I though something was wrong with it. I guess not.

I am starting to notice a fair amount of detrius collection in my sump where the live rock rubble is and the compartment where the skimmer is. I would like to get some creatures to put in with the LR rubble to eat the detrius. Any ideas?

How often do those filters need to be replaced?

My next purchase is going to be a RO/DI system. I would like to get it from ebay but there are about a million different ones on there. Has anyone purchased one from ebay? What model did you get? Also are there any sellers that you would recommend?

I used a couple drinking straws in mine... worked like a charm. I figured its fine till I find something better. I tried the air line method but it didnt work as well.

The only issue I am having is the water coming into the sump. It comes in so fast its bubbling up the water causing microbubbles to get into the main. Thats the reason for the foam. Any way to smooth the transition. I have 4lbs of LR rubble in thats section now and I have room to add more...
