Sump Critters

I am starting to notice a fair amount of detrius collection in my sump where the live rock rubble is and the compartment where the skimmer is. I would like to get some creatures to put in with the LR rubble to eat the detrius. Any ideas?

Put a crab or shrimp in you sump

You sure its not just rock pcs created by the little critters living in/on it and scavenging/scraping for food? What critter is causing the detritus in the sump? Or is it coming from the main sonehow?

How's your nitrates. Might not be detritus?
