Well if you think it was eaten by other fish then I will go with the fact you starved the other fish and it ate your fish. Sorry only thing I can thing of. If you didnt have ani carnivores in the tank then ya the other fish were starving.

sorry to reply so fast , but just because you lift it up does not me the fish will just slide out . As i just mentioned ive had to knock on that plastic kind of stuff to get out critters and fish out. This is the reason im going to no pinch point tanks. Im done losing fish to pinch point and...

Ive been thinking of flying out to see that aquarium. I work for united airlines so I love to travel and see aquariums. That one in boston is on my list.

The Denver Aquarium has a huggggggge amazon set up where RTC already are so I know it will have a great home ! Right now only 3" lol.

Once he exceeds any tank in my house. He will be going to the Denver Aquarium. So it will always have a great life.

Well ill be running duel dome lights. So have one geared towards red and one towards blue. 4k and 10k.

I got my first few plants today and they look great. Im thinking of running a 8-10k light

Ok sounds good. I guess I should have said what kind of plants. But yes those plants will be going in there. And the plastic will be removed. Its a neon tetra habitat tank.

Im dont plan on vacing it that much as there should not be that much stuff getting below the surface . I got the aquaclear 20 and just have it on a low setting. The plastic plants will be coming out slowly and live ones will replace it .

What about the aquaclear 10 on the lowest settiing . I just think a sponge would take way to much room . Ideas ?

Just set up a 5 gallon mini bedside aquarium. What filter would you recommend for a 5 gallon tank with sand? Internal, power ?
