10 gallon lighting

On what will be a rather densely planted 10 gallon tank, I currently have a standard 15 watt 5000K fluorescent tube. Is this enough light for high light plants (I really have no clue what plants I want but I like to keep my options as open as possible) or should I go ahead and get something like this: Aquarium Lighting T5 Fluorescent Light Fixture: AquaticLife T5 HO Dual Lamp Light Fixtures (20" freshwater variant.)

I probably wouldn't recommend T5HOs on a 10g. Two 10-15w CFLs on a normal stock hood should give you all the light you need.

Haha, so it seems I was thinking of going from one extreme to another (I really need to get out of that habit...)
I'll look into finding a stock hood that fits 2 CFLs.
