So let's say that I have a ten gallon with 3 platies (1 male 2 females). I also have 2 cories (which I am thinking of rehoming because they were kind of rescued). Could I have room for a scarlet badis? They seem really neat. Would it bug my RCS? Thanks!

Scarlet Badis should only be with other tiny fish. No Platies. Dwarf Cories are ok. They will eat Shrimplets, but are totally safe with adult Shrimp. They are very shy at first and need a densely planted tank. They are micro predators and may arrive only eating live food. Very important to find out if they are accepting flake or frozen. They are a slow, deliberate eater. Fast aggressive eaters like Platies would get all the food and it would starve.

Ok. I was just wondering if they would be a good addition to my tank. I guess not then.
