I have a couple pairs of tiger endlers in a 10g, I will start the process of removing them because I have realized that I don't like guppies/Endlers! I call this 10g tank my "hate" tank.
There's no point in keeping a fish I don't like!

What to replace them with? Preferably not a species with a high rate of failure/death. It's very hard for me to get quality fish in my area, so I will have to order online.

My water parameters should be considered. Crunchy water, very alkaline. However, I've had corydoras and harlequin rasboras spawn/hatch fry.

I expect to have a breeding pair/group live permanently in this tank, and remove eggs/fry as needed into another tank.

Killifish- what species? The world of killifish intimidates me. There are so many to choose from.

Small rainbowfish- unsure if a breeding group can be successfully kept in this small tank.

Dario dario, or peacock gudgeons- what are your recommendations for sources?

Shrimp/CPOs- not for this tank.
