There's one pack that's 23w (the first link) and one that's 13w (the second link)..if I wanted to plant low-medium light plants, would I get the 13w? I wonder what kind of lighting is the 23w..

These are all low lighting to be honest medium will work but they will grow slowly

Alright, I'll be getting the 23w then. I hope they fit into the light fixtures of the hood that came with the tank.. O.O

Take the hood with ypu to the store. I know sylvannia makes a smaller 13 watt 6500k cfl as well
