I realized my diy tank stand little smaller than tank they said 125 gallon tank is 72"*18", but real size is 72.5"*18.5".
I need advice about this situation..

I would add a 1/2" wrap to it. That will fix that problem and It will look very nice

At Home Depot you can get premade round over stock, about 1.5" I believe, you can wrap the top with that and like j said use a wrap below it! Would Finnish out the the stand nicely..

Also i found little gap between tank and stand like 1~2mm front left and right side.
Do I need to level it??

That's the tiniest gap I've ever seen. I wouldn't stress about that. Once the stand settles it will correct itself for sure

I agree with J, you could always sneak a shim shingle in there if it would help you sleep better at night
