14 gallon tank stocking

New to the site and new to the aquarium life. I have a 14 gallon tank stock with 4 cardinal tetras, 2 fancy guppys, one pleco and 2 african dwarf frogs. Is it safe to add more fish? If so what else could I add?

Plecos have HUGE bioloads. What species of Pleco do you have? Most get too big for the 14g. If you rehome the Pleco, it's possible to add more fish.

I am looking to invest in a 25-29 gallon tank in a few months. My plan is to re-home the pleco to that. What would be a good replacement for the pleco?

Otocinclus are great replacements.
