When I bought my setup in Jan I was a bit naive on lighting. I am still naive but at least I know to ask a question now
I have heard from more than one "expert" that my lighting (bought from a local store) is great for salt water and not fresh (too blue). So I would like to change out my bulbs to have more live plant growth. The Coralife fixtures 2 T5's are 10,000K and the other one is really, really blue ( It does not have the K listed).
So knowing what I need to accomplish what would you do?
Can I just change out the Blue t5? Should I put another 10K in there?
What about the three T8's?
TIA
These are 48 inch BTW

The 10000K bulbs are fine. The "blue" ones might be actinics and therefore should be changed. Any bulb between 5000-10000K is fine for plants. 6700K and 10000K are the most common.

Do you know what K rating the T8's are now??
