I bought a new 20 gallon long aquarium which seems huge compared to the 5 and 10 gallons I've kept for a few years.
Currently I have two bettas in a divided 5 gallon, so even though I would like to get barbs for the 20G I think it's only right to put one of the bettas in so that they each have more space.
If I have a white plakat in the 20G (he has small fins and he a big body. He seems to be aggressive as he doesn't give up with flaring, whereas his tankmate is) what other fish would you recommend? It will be filtered with Whisper Power Filter 30, will have normal gravel with some coconut substrate, bogwood, and banana leaves for a low Ph tank.
Will glofish and black skirt tetras work?
Cheers
