Hey everyone , new here wanted to show my current tank setup. Planning on going a new direction next week and going w a darker gravel w live plants. Any advice would be appreciated

Currently have :
1 Plecoptera
2 red and blue dwarf gourami
3 neon tetras
2 electric green glofish
1 scissor tail rasbora
1 cherry barb
4 lamp tetras
5 ghost shrimps
