can anyone recommend a siphon for partially draining the tank?

can anyone recommend a youtube video on how to set up a drip to acclimate an organism to different water gradually - I mean the mechanics like what tubing to use and do you clip it to containers and do you really on gravity or need something else?

can anyone recommend a suction device for priming a filter that has already been used, where the filter and tubes already have water in them and I don't want to suck on the tube?

On the first I just use a gravel vac tube with garden or plastic hose attached to run outside for draining tank on water change.
