45 Gallon tank setup last week, today my fish are dead...

Keep changing water every day. At least 50% until you get a test kit. Clean water will help your angel out immensely. I would decrease the temp down to 76-78F if possible. 80 is a little too high. If you can't bring it down increase the surface agitation in the tank to promote oxygen exchange. You can do this by adding an air stone or decreasing the water level so the filter output splashes.
