Update: My angel fish is still alive I thought my wife took care of it because it looked like it was done for a few days ago. So far the fish is behaving normal and it was feed once last night. I finally got my water temperature somewhat stable at 80-82 degrees…. Next on my to do list is a water tester… I pray the little guy can hang in there...

Keep changing water every day. At least 50% until you get a test kit. Clean water will help your angel out immensely. I would decrease the temp down to 76-78F if possible. 80 is a little too high. If you can't bring it down increase the surface agitation in the tank to promote oxygen exchange. You can do this by adding an air stone or decreasing the water level so the filter output splashes.
