65 gal tall for peacocks?

Hey guys, I have been comparison tank shopping on craig's list
and ran across a 65 gal tall with stand and filters for $70.
Do you think this will work for peacocks or are the dimensions wrong?

My peacock swims a lot more horizontally than he does vertically. 90g and having 4' doesn't seem to be enough for this rambunctious little guy, and he's still only 4". Just my opinion.
