Yes. You could still easily have like 20 neons in there.

Yeah, you need to add them in smaller groups or your tank will have a minicycle. Remember to keep a close eye on your water params since neons can be sensitive. I would get like 2-3 mollies and 6-8 neons first. Watch your params for a week, then add more.
That does sound like an awesome combo though. Especially if you can get a couple of white mollies.

Definatley take it easy. I never lost a neon when adding bec id only add like 2 or 3 per week. Slow definatley pays off

I have 7 neons and 1 molly. The molly keeps the neons schooled up. Back when i did fw planted, I had 150 neons in a 150g tank. They never schooled. Totally sucked because thats why I got them.

Dude you could definetly have 20 neons with mollies and ghost shrimp. Ghost shrimp have like almost no bioload. you could have 30 neons and 5-10 mollies easy.

i just put 11 neons in my tank today, and looking at it now, I want to add a bunch more. 11 of them in a little ball is cool, but I think an other 10 would look really nice with the 4 rams in the tank.
