above tank canister ?

My tank is located on the kitchen countertop and I cant set up filtration below the tank. I would like to put a canister filter in the cabinet above the tank with inline light sterilization and inline CO2 reactor. Most canister filters instructions that I have read require them to be 20 inches below the waterline. anyone know a canister with a stronger pump that can be used above the tank ?

I don't think they run above the tank.

How about an air pump and sponge filters?? Air pumps should be kept above the tank.
