Hi, if you go to web view from the app (icon of three horizontal dots on top right) or are on a desktop - at the bottom of the website there is a ‘Contact Us’ button which will open a page to email IT support. Hopefully that helps.

I can see your posts, not sure on that error in link. Account looks active. Can you see my post?

If you are able to post, the account is verified and active. If you are using the mobile app you might try reloading it and see if this solves your problem.
