K someone gave me 2 yellow tailed acei. I won't be keeping them but he was going to flush them. So I put them in one of my tanks. I have a female kribensis in the tank. After a little while one of the acei and my krib were doing what looked exactly like the little mating dance that my pair of mating kribs used to do. Nothing can come of this can it?

Pretty much what I thought. I've been watching the 2acei like a hawk making sure the don't start to terrorize the tank. So far they seem pretty mellow. The one is just hanging out with my kribensis. Sharing the same coconut cave.
