Hey guys I just bought a green slimer acro and another acro that I don't know the name of. Anyways I got both of them yesterday and have to yet to open up. They are located at the top with the highest flow but I believe my alk is what's causing it not to open.

Phosphate -0
Nitrate -0
DkH - 7.5
Mag- 1550
Cal- 500
PH 8.1 - 8.2
Salinity - 1.025

I just mixed up some sodium carbonate to dose alk.

I wouldn't mess with the alk, that looks fine. Did you light aclimate them? The slimed looks to be opening up

I did not should i have had to? I didnt light acclimate any of my corals. I just acclimated them in the bag for 45mins then dipped it in me coral wash for 20 mins.

Is there any hope for my green slimer? I might of rushed on getting an acro. My other corals are fine but I know these acros are more demanding.

It looks fine to me. Sorry I didn't see the other post. At this point they're probably light acclimated. Just give them time, the slimmer looks fine
