Hello- I bought a 180 gallon acrylic aquarium all scratched up. I sanded out the scratches and that worked great. Then I began buffing with Meguir's Plastx
and man, I cannot get the cloudiness out of the acrylic.
I used a drill with a Mothers Buffing ball and I tried using my strength with a soft rag. I guess I'm asking about technique here....because I see all over the web how you guys are all cleaning your cloudiness with Novus and Meguires and having success. What am I doing wrong? Should I be buffing it without any Plastx on the buffing ball, totally dry? Whats the technique because I'm out of hope here! Thanks! -Dave
