Actinics..any differences?

Are there any real differences in the Actinic 03 bulbs that are available? I've seen several different manufacturers. What's the best?

Many will look different depending on who manufactured them. Best is a relative term For NO's and VHO's I like the URI super actinics, for PC, I like the CSL actinics. Be wary of any actinic buld that gives a kelvin rating, true actinic has no kelvin rating, because that scale is based on visible light, and the majority of the light produced by an actinic bulb is not visible.
