Add more fish?

So my crowntail betta is in a 10 gallon heated/filtered tank with 4 redtail variatus, I have 3 harlequin rasboras that I have to rehome. I was wondering whether or not that would be overstocking it too much. Thanks everybody.

There nano fish so you could regime them or buy a 5/10 g for them to build up the school
